All offers on this website are subject to availability. An agreement is only concluded once we have confirmed your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order or to cancel it if a painting has been sold in the meantime.
All prices on this website are in euros and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are stated separately during checkout and depend on the destination country and order value.
Payment must be made in full before the painting is shipped. We accept iDEAL, Visa, and Mastercard via our secure payment provider.
We aim to ship within 5 working days of confirmed payment. Paintings are carefully packed and shipped with a trackable carrier. Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. If a painting is not available for shipping due to its size, this is stated on the product page.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. See our right of withdrawal page for the full procedure and a model withdrawal form.
If you have a complaint about a delivered painting, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@bojangurbaj.com. We will respond within 5 working days and work towards a fair solution.
Bojan Gurbaj is not liable for indirect damage, loss of income, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from an order. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the painting in question.
Dutch law applies to all agreements concluded via this website. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
